Chippewa Hills Warriors (Remus, MI) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Tri County Area Vikings (Howard City, MI), 45-29 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Chippewa Hills upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Warriors host Reed City (Reed City, MI) to clash with the Coyotes in a non-league bout on Monday, December 18. The Coyotes go into the bout with a record of 0-1.

Next up, the Vikings clash with the Central Montcalm Hornets (Stanton, MI) in a non-league bout, on Monday, December 18. Tri County Area will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record.
