With the victory, Ponaganset improves its record to 2-1 on the campaign. The Chieftains travel to Blackstone Valley Prep (Cumberland, RI) to play the PRIDE in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, December 20. The PRIDE come into the challenge with a record of 1-0.

Next up, the Mounties play the Wheeler Warriors (Providence, RI) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, December 16. Mount St. Charles Academy will attempt to improve on its 0-2 season record. The Warriors come into the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 55-48 league loss to Rocky Hill Country Day (East Greenwich, RI).
