The Sunnyside Blue Devils basketball team (Tucson, AZ), was overwhelmed 66-41 in Thursday's non-league battle with the visiting Nogales Apaches (Nogales, AZ)

The Apaches now possess a 5-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Rincon/University for a non-league battle on Thursday, December 21. Nogales will confront a Rangers team coming off a 83-19 non-league loss to Catalina Foothills (Tucson, AZ). The Rangers record now stands at 1-3.

The Blue Devils (3-1) will now prepare for their outing against Buena (Sierra Vista, AZ). The Colts go into the non-league outing with a 7-1 record. In their last outing, Buena smashed Mountain View (Tucson, AZ), 60-48, in a non-league outing.
