Northeast Vikings (Philadelphia, PA) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Simon Gratz Bulldogs (Philadelphia, PA), 48-36 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Northeast upgrades its record to 3-0 on the season. The Vikings travel to Martin Luther King (Philadelphia, PA) to play the Cougars in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 19. The Cougars go into the bout with a record of 0-0.

Next up, the Bulldogs play the Carver High School of Engineering & Science (Philadelphia, PA) in a bout, on Thursday, January 4. Simon Gratz will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
