The Eastside Eagles basketball team scored 49 points and limited the visiting Archer Tigers to 44 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Eagles now possess a 8-4 record. They play next when they host North Oconee for a AAAA Region 8 game on Tuesday, December 17. Eastside will play a Titans team coming off a 51-48 non-league win over McDonough (McDonough, GA). The Titans record now stands at 8-2.

With the loss, Archer falls to 9-4 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Dacula (Dacula, GA) to play the Falcons in a non-league game on Friday, December 20. The Falcons go into the game with a record of 5-7. Dacula lost 61-60 in their recent league game against Discovery (Lawrenceville, GA)
