In Saturday's non-league contest, the host Atascadero Greyhounds basketball team scored a good 78-58 win over the Sierra Pacific Golden Bears.
The Greyhounds (7-4) will now prepare for their contest against Independence (Bakersfield, CA). The Falcons come into the non-league contest with a 7-1 record. In their last contest, Independence defeated Bradshaw Christian (Sacramento, CA), 58-38, in a non-league contest.
