The Centennial Spartans basketball team scored 74 points and limited the visiting Mansfield Legacy Broncos to 56 in the Spartans non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Spartans now have a 13-4 record. They play next when they host Cleburne for a 5A Region I District 8 game on Tuesday, December 17.

With the loss, Mansfield Legacy falls to 5-8 on the campaign. The Broncos travel to North Crowley (Fort Worth, TX) to confront the Panthers in a 6A Region I District 3 game on Friday, December 20. The Panthers go into the game with a record of 15-2. North Crowley won 63-54 in their recent non-league game against Little Elm (Little Elm, TX)
