Washington High School Basketball - Prairie held off by Columbia River

In Saturday's non-league test, the Columbia River Rapids (Vancouver, WA) basketball squad got by the host Prairie Falcons (Vancouver, WA), by a score of 63-61.

Next, the Rapids encounter the R.A. Long Lumberjacks (Longview, WA) in a 2A Greater St. Helens test, on Tuesday, December 17. Columbia River will attempt to improve on its 4-0 season record. The Lumberjacks come into the test with a 5-0 record after their 79-41 non-league win over Fort Vancouver (Vancouver, WA).

The Falcons (2-3) will now prepare for their test against WF West (Chehalis, WA). The Bearcats come into the non-league test with a 1-2 record. In their last test, WF West was nipped by Mark Morris (Longview, WA), 58-45, in a non-league test.
