The Cumberland Valley Eagles (Mechanicsburg, PA) basketball nudged the host Wilkes-Barre Wolfpack (Wilkes-Barre, PA), 72-68 in Saturday's non-league game.

The Eagles now have a 3-2 record. They play next when they host Harrisburg for a Mid-Penn - Commonwealth game on Tuesday, December 17. Cumberland Valley will confront a Cougars team coming off a 65-53 league win over State College (State College, PA). The Cougars record now stands at 1-2.
