The South St. Paul Packers basketball team scored 77 points and limited the host Denfeld Hunters to 59 in the Packers non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Packers now have a 4-1 record. They play next when they travel to North for a non-league game on Friday, December 20. South St. Paul will confront a Polars team coming off a 58-54 non-league win over Harding (St. Paul, MN). The Polars record now stands at 2-0.
With the loss, Denfeld falls to 2-3 on the campaign. The Hunters host Hermantown (Hermantown, MN) to confront the Hawks in a AAA Section 7 game on Thursday, December 19. The Hawks go into the game with a record of 0-5.
