In Saturday's non-league contest, the host Empowering Others Prep Kings basketball team scored a good 64-48 triumph over the Prestonwood Christian Lions.
The Kings (4-4) will now prepare for their contest against John Paul II (Plano, TX). The Cardinals go into the non-league contest with a 11-10 record. In their last contest, John Paul II was toppled by Anna (Anna, TX), 70-51, in a non-league contest.
