The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Grandview Zebras (Grandview, TX) and the host Mineral Wells Rams (Mineral Wells, TX), observed Grandview's basketball team overcome Mineral Wells by a margin of 56-47.

The Zebras (6-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Keene (Keene, TX). The Chargers come into the 3A Region III District 18 challenge with a 8-7 record. In their last challenge, Keene dropped by Life Oak Cliff (Dallas, TX), 49-47, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Rams battle the Legacy Leopards (Wichita Falls, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 20. Mineral Wells will attempt to better on its 1-12 season record. The Leopards come into the challenge with a 5-6 record after their 53-43 non-league loss to Randall (Amarillo, TX).
