The Holland Hornets basketball squad (Holland, TX), was nudged 53-49 in Saturday's non-league battle with the visiting Mumford Mustangs (Mumford, TX)

With the victory, Mumford advances its record to 10-5 on the year. The Mustangs host Chilton (Chilton, TX) to meet the Pirates in a non-league battle on Tuesday, December 17.
