Georgia High School Basketball - Southwest bests Houston County

December 14, 2024: Warner Robins, GA 31088

The Southwest Patriots basketball team scored 61 points and limited the host Houston County Bears to 53 in the Patriots non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Patriots now possess a 10-1 record. They play next when they host Luella for a non-league game on Saturday, December 21. Southwest will confront a Lions team coming off a 60-53 non-league loss to Rockdale County (Conyers, GA). The Lions record now stands at 6-2.

With the loss, Houston County falls to 8-4 on the campaign. The Bears travel to Florida State University High School (Tallahassee, FL) to confront the Seminoles in a non-league game on Friday, December 20. The Seminoles go into the game with a record of 7-1.
