The LeRoy Panthers basketball team scored 52 points and limited the host Mt. Pulaski Hilltoppers to 39 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Panthers now have a 8-1 record. They play next when they travel to Deer Creek-Mackinaw for a Heart of Illinois game on Tuesday, December 17. LeRoy will confront a Chiefs team coming off a 75-44 non-league win over Midwest Central (Manito, IL). The Chiefs record now stands at 1-6.

With the loss, Mt. Pulaski falls to 2-6 on the campaign. The Hilltoppers travel to Athens (Athens, IL) to confront the Warriors in a Sangamo game on Friday, December 20. The Warriors go into the game with a record of 4-0.
