South Dakota High School Basketball - Lower Brule overwhelms Marty Indian

The Lower Brule Sioux basketball team scored 72 points and limited the host Marty Indian Braves to 42 in the Sioux league triumph on Saturday.

The Sioux now possess a 1-0 record. They play next when they travel to Little Wound for a non-league game on Wednesday, December 18. Lower Brule will confront a Mustangs team coming off a 61-47 non-league win over Crow Creek (Stephan, SD). The Mustangs record now stands at 2-0.

With the loss, Marty Indian falls to 0-1 on the campaign. The Braves host Takini (Howes, SD) to confront the Skyhawks in a non-league game on Wednesday, December 18.
