Georgia High School Basketball - Lumpkin County falls to Rabun County

The Lumpkin County Indians basketball squad (Dahlonega, GA), was outscored 65-54 in Saturday's non-league battle with the visiting Rabun County Wildcats (Tiger, GA)

With the victory, Rabun County advances its record to 8-2 on the year. The Wildcats host Elbert County (Elberton, GA) to meet the Blue Devils in a A D1 Region 8 battle on Tuesday, December 17. The Blue Devils enter the battle with a record of 3-6. Elbert County lost 77-74 in their recent non-league battle against Hart County (Hartwell, GA)

The Indians now own a 5-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Gilmer for a non-league battle on Tuesday, December 17. Lumpkin County will meet a Bobcats squad coming off a 84-54 non-league loss to East Forsyth (Gainesville, GA). The Bobcats record now stands at 4-4.
