In Saturday's non-league contest, the host St. Louis Park Orioles basketball team scored a big 90-67 triumph over the Park Center Pirates.
The Orioles (4-0) will now prepare for their contest against Wayzata (Plymouth, MN). The Trojans go into the AAAA Section 6 contest with a 3-2 record. In their last contest, Wayzata smashed Lakeville North (Lakeville, MN), 71-64, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Pirates battle the Hopkins Royals (Minnetonka, MN) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, December 17. Park Center will attempt to better on its 1-4 season record. The Royals go into the contest with a 4-0 record after their 113-92 non-league win over Richfield (Richfield, MN).
