In Saturday's non-league test, the Stacey Eagles (San Antonio, TX) basketball squad knocked off the visiting Poteet Aggies (Poteet, TX), by a score of 58-49.

Next, the Eagles encounter the Charlotte Trojans (Charlotte, TX) in a 2A Region IV District 30 test, on Friday, December 20. Stacey will attempt to improve on its 7-7 season record. The Trojans come into the test with a 2-5 record after their 54-49 non-league loss to Medina (Medina, TX).

The Aggies (6-12) will now prepare for their test against Hondo (Hondo, TX). The Owls come into the 3A Region IV District 28 test with a 3-11 record. In their last test, Hondo beat Thrall (Thrall, TX), 37-31, in a non-league test.
