Texas High School Basketball - San Jacinto Christian Academy nudges Shamrock

The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the San Jacinto Christian Academy Patriots (Amarillo, TX) and the visiting Shamrock Irish (Shamrock, TX), observed San Jacinto Christian Academy's basketball team edge Shamrock by a score of 56-50.

The Patriots (7-10) will now prepare for their challenge against Bovina (Bovina, TX). The Mustangs come into the non-league challenge with a 3-5 record. In their last challenge, Bovina edged Lazbuddie (Lazbuddie, TX), 60-45, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Irish encounter the McLean Tigers (McLean, TX) in a 1A Region I District 2 challenge, on Tuesday, December 17. Shamrock will attempt to improve on its 2-8 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 8-3 record after their 93-25 league win over Lefors (Lefors, TX).
