California High School Basketball - Dunsmuir bested by Mt. Shasta

Mt. Shasta Bears (Mt. Shasta, CA) supporters left the game happy Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad run past the visiting Dunsmuir Tigers (Dunsmuir, CA), 27-15 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Mt. Shasta advances its record to 1-5 on the year. The Bears travel to Weed (Weed, CA) to face the Cougars in a non-league match on Saturday, December 14. The Cougars enter the match with a record of 6-1. Weed lost 60-51 in their recent non-league match against Pyramid Lake (Nixon, NV)

The Tigers now own a 1-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hayfork for a Evergreen match on Tuesday, December 17. Dunsmuir will face a Timberjacks squad coming off a 47-29 non-league win over Tulelake (Tulelake, CA). The Timberjacks record now stands at 2-6.
