In Saturday's non-league contest, the visiting Hargrave Falcons basketball team scored a big 56-8 win over the West Orange-Stark Mustangs.

The Falcons (5-13) will now prepare for their contest against Woodville (Woodville, TX). The Eagles come into the non-league contest with a 1-7 record.

In their next game, the Mustangs battle the Little Cypress-Mauriceville Bears (Orange, TX) in a 4A Region III District 18 contest, on Friday, December 20. West Orange-Stark will attempt to better on its 0-10 season record. The Bears come into the contest with a 15-3 record after their 48-29 non-league loss to Concordia Lutheran (Tomball, TX).
