Kentucky High School Basketball - South Laurel triumphant over Henry Clay

The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the South Laurel Cardinals (London, KY) and the host Henry Clay Blue Devils (Lexington, KY), observed South Laurel's basketball team overwhelm Henry Clay by a margin of 74-44.

The Cardinals (2-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Raceland (Raceland, KY). The Rams come into the non-league challenge with a 4-0 record. In their last challenge, Raceland trounced South Webster (South Webster, OH), 59-45, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Blue Devils battle the Paul Laurence Dunbar Bulldogs (Lexington, KY) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 3. Henry Clay will attempt to better on its 0-6 season record.
