The Lemmon Cowboys (Lemmon, SD) basketball edged the visiting Trinity Titans (Dickinson, ND), 45-39 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Cowboys now possess a 3-0 record. They play next when they host Hettinger/Scranton for a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 17. Lemmon will play a Black Devils team coming off a 56-53 non-league loss to Central McLean [Turtle Lake-Mercer/Underwood/McClusky] (Turtle Lake, ND). The Black Devils record now stands at 0-2.
With the loss, Trinity falls to 1-3 on the campaign. The Titans host South Heart (South Heart, ND) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 17. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 2-4. South Heart lost 56-37 in their recent non-league bout against Bainville (Bainville, MT)
