Ohio High School Basketball - Springfield falls to Mogadore

December 14, 2024: Akron, OH 44312

The Springfield Spartans basketball squad (Akron, OH), was outscored 40-32 in Saturday's non-league battle with the visiting Mogadore Wildcats (Mogadore, OH)

With the victory, Mogadore advances its record to 4-1 on the year. The Wildcats travel to Manchester (Akron, OH) to meet the Panthers in a non-league battle on Monday, December 16. The Panthers enter the battle with a record of 1-5. Manchester lost 38-36 in their recent non-league battle against Barberton (Barberton, OH)

The Spartans now own a 1-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Buckeye for a non-league battle on Wednesday, December 18. Springfield will meet a Bucks squad coming off a 41-27 non-league loss to Vermilion (Vermilion, OH). The Bucks record now stands at 2-5.
