The Great Falls Central Catholic Mustangs basketball squad (Great Falls, MT), was crushed 60-14 in Saturday's non-league battle with the visiting North Star Knights (Rudyard, MT)

With the victory, North Star advances its record to 1-0 on the year. The Knights travel to Hays-Lodge Pole (Hays, MT) to meet the Thunder Birds in a C District 9 battle on Friday, December 20. The Thunder Birds enter the battle with a record of 0-0.

The Mustangs now own a 0-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Belt for a C District 8 battle on Friday, January 3. Great Falls Central Catholic will meet a Huskies squad coming off a 69-16 league win over Centerville (Sand Coulee, MT). The Huskies record now stands at 2-1.
