Georgia High School Basketball - Twiggs County succumbs to Peach County

December 14, 2024: Fort Valley, GA 31030

The Peach County Trojans defeated the visiting Twiggs County Cobras basketball squad by a final score of 47-27 in Saturday's non-league outing.

Next, the Trojans clash with the Taylor County Vikings (Butler, GA) in a non-league outing, on Tuesday, December 17. Peach County will attempt to upgrade on its 2-4 season record. The Vikings come into the outing with a 4-0 record after their 51-42 league win over Schley County (Ellaville, GA).

The Cobras (1-4) will now prepare for their outing against Thomson (Thomson, GA). The Bulldogs come into the non-league outing with a 9-1 record. In their last outing, Thomson went down by Hebron Christian (Dacula, GA), 46-45, in a non-league outing.
