Florida High School Basketball - Horizon triumphant over Spruce Creek

The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Horizon Hawks (Winter Garden, FL) and the host Spruce Creek Hawks (Port Orange, FL), observed Horizon's basketball team overwhelm Spruce Creek by a score of 49-23.

The Hawks (6-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Colonial (Orlando, FL). The Grenadiers come into the non-league challenge with a 1-1 record.

In their next game, the Hawks encounter the Mainland Buccaneers (Daytona Beach, FL) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 17. Spruce Creek will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record. The Buccaneers come into the challenge with a 3-1 record after their 35-19 non-league win over Oviedo (Oviedo, FL).
