Muir Mustangs (Pasadena, CA) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they witnessed their soccer team beat the host Hawthorne Cougars (Hawthorne, CA), 4-0 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Muir moves its record to 7-1 on the campaign. The Mustangs host St. Paul (Santa Fe Springs, CA) to meet the Swordsmen in a non-league test on Saturday, December 14. The Swordsmen come into the test with a record of 1-5. St. Paul lost 2-1 in their recent league test against Pomona Catholic (Pomona, CA)

The Cougars now sport a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Culver City for a non-league test on Monday, January 6.
