Colorado High School Ice Hockey - Kent Denver knocks off Air Academy

December 14, 2024: US Air Force Academy, CO 80840

In Saturday's non-league contest, the visiting Kent Denver Sun Devils ice hockey team scored a close 9-2 victory over the Air Academy Kadets.

The Sun Devils (5-1) will now prepare for their contest against Pine Creek (Colorado Springs, CO). The Eagles go into the non-league contest with a 4-1 record. In their last contest, Pine Creek edged Mullen (Denver, CO), 11-0, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Kadets play the Battle Mountain Huskies (Edwards, CO) in a non-league contest, on Monday, December 16. Air Academy will attempt to better on its 0-4 season record. The Huskies go into the contest with a 1-2 record after their 6-0 league loss to Glenwood Springs (Glenwood Springs, CO).
