Michigan High School Ice Hockey - Catholic Central holds off St. Francis

In Saturday's non-league contest, the host Catholic Central Cougars ice hockey team scored a close 4-3 victory over the St. Francis Gladiators.
The Cougars (3-3) will now prepare for their contest against Forest Hills Central (Grand Rapids, MI). The Rangers go into the Ottawa Kent - Tier 1 contest with a 4-3 record. In their last contest, Forest Hills Central edged Byron Center (Byron Center, MI), 4-2, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Gladiators play the Northville Mustangs (Northville, MI) in a non-league contest, on Friday, December 20. St. Francis will attempt to better on its 4-4 season record.
