The Granada Matadors (Livermore, CA) basketball edged the host Hayward Farmers (Hayward, CA), 58-56 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Matadors now possess a 2-2 record. They play next when they travel to Rodriguez for a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 17. Granada will play a Mustangs team coming off a 77-54 non-league loss to Whitney (Rocklin, CA). The Mustangs record now stands at 3-2.
With the loss, Hayward falls to 3-3 on the campaign. The Farmers travel to Hercules (Hercules, CA) to play the Titans in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 17. The Titans go into the bout with a record of 3-3.
