Mount Miguel Matadors (Spring Valley, CA) boosters exited the stadium pleased Saturday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the visiting Morse Tigers (San Diego, CA), 5-2 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Mount Miguel moves its record to 2-1 on the campaign. The Matadors host Bayfront Charter (Chula Vista, CA) to clash with the Sharks in a non-league test on Thursday, December 19. The Sharks come into the test with a record of 4-3.

The Tigers now sport a 0-5 record. They take the field next when they host Logan Memorial Education Campus for a City - Central test on Tuesday, December 17. Morse will clash with a Eagles team coming off a 6-2 non-league win over Army-Navy (Carlsbad, CA). The Eagles record now stands at 3-0.
