The Broadview/Lavina Pirates basketball team scored 67 points and held the visiting Absarokee Huskies to 32 in the Pirates non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Pirates now sport a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bridger for a non-league contest on Friday, December 16. Broadview/Lavina will battle a Scouts team coming off a 54-34 non-league loss to Powder River County (Broadus, MT). The Scouts record now stands at 1-2.

The Huskies (0-4) will now prepare for their contest against Reed Point/Rapelje (Reed Point, MT). The Renegades enter the non-league contest with a 1-5 record. In their last contest, Reed Point/Rapelje was routed by Park City (Park City, MT), 76-32, in a non-league contest.
