Dyett Eagles (Chicago, IL) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Agricultural Science Cyclones (Chicago, IL), 56-27 in a league bout.

With the victory, Dyett upgrades its record to 8-2 on the campaign. The Eagles host Chicago Military Academy (Chicago, IL) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Friday, December 16. The Eagles come into the bout with a record of 2-6. Chicago Military Academy won 47-41 in their recent league bout against Air Force Academy (Chicago, IL)

Next up, the Cyclones play the Bremen Braves (Midlothian, IL) in a non-league bout, on Monday, December 19. Agricultural Science will attempt to upgrade on its 9-1 season record. The Braves come into the bout with a 3-5 record after their 60-38 league win over Argo (Summit, IL).
