The Argyle Eagles (Argyle, TX) basketball nipped the host Spruce Timberwolves (Dallas, TX), 42-35 in Thursday's non-league test.

The Eagles (13-2) will now prepare for their test against Horn (Mesquite, TX). The Jaguars go into the non-league test with a 9-7 record. In their last test, Horn was tipped by Mansfield Legacy (Mansfield, TX), 75-67, in a non-league test.
