Northwood Gators (Lena, LA) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Atlanta Bulldogs (Atlanta, LA), 71-43 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Northwood upgrades its record to 11-0 on the campaign. The Gators host Bolton (Alexandria, LA) to play the Bears in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 17. The Bears come into the bout with a record of 1-7. Bolton lost 71-69 in their recent non-league bout against Rapides (Lecompte, LA)

Next up, the Bulldogs play the Weston Wolves (Jonesboro, LA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 16. Atlanta will attempt to upgrade on its 2-8 season record.
