The Compton Early College Rising Phoenix (Compton, CA) basketball crushed the host Azusa Aztecs (Azusa, CA), 73-35 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Rising Phoenix (3-3) will now prepare for their test against Price (Los Angeles, CA). The Knights go into the Mulholland test with a 3-3 record.
