The Bluegrass United Bluehawks basketball team (Lexington, KY), dropped 90-73 in Thursday's non-league battle with the host Bath County Wildcats (Owingsville, KY)

The Wildcats now sport a 5-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Menifee County for a District 61 battle on Friday, December 16. Bath County will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 64-43 league loss to Rowan County (Morehead, KY). The Wildcats record now stands at 2-4.

The Bluehawks (7-5) will now prepare for their battle against Dixie Heights (Edgewood, KY). The Colonels come into the non-league battle with a 1-4 record. In their last battle, Dixie Heights dropped by Newport (Newport, KY), 55-33, in a non-league battle.
