The Central Bears basketball team (Brooksville, FL), was toppled 81-62 in Thursday's non-league battle with the host Wesley Chapel Wildcats (Wesley Chapel, FL)

The Wildcats now possess a 6-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Pasco for a 5A District 6 battle on Friday, December 16. Wesley Chapel will confront a Pirates team coming off a 56-44 non-league win over Hudson (Hudson, FL). The Pirates record now stands at 1-5.

The Bears (7-2) will now prepare for their battle against The Villages Charter (The Villages, FL). The Buffalo come into the non-league battle with a 4-4 record.
