The Dumont Huskies (Dumont, NJ) basketball nipped the visiting Westwood Cardinals (Washington Township, NJ), 50-44 in Thursday's non-league test.

The Huskies (1-0) will now prepare for their test against Mahwah (Mahwah, NJ). The Thunderbirds go into the non-league test with a 1-0 record. In their last test, Mahwah got by Cliffside Park (Cliffside Park, NJ), 57-55, in a non-league test.
