Louisiana High School Basketball - Lutcher knocked off by East St. John

The East St. John Wildcats basketball team scored 82 points and held the visiting Lutcher Bulldogs to 74 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Wildcats now sport a 4-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Patterson for a non-league contest on Friday, December 16. East St. John will meet a Lumberjacks team coming off a 56-51 non-league win over St. Martinville (St. Martinville, LA). The Lumberjacks record now stands at 3-2.
The Bulldogs (1-4) will now prepare for their contest against West St. John (Edgard, LA). The Rams enter the non-league contest with a 0-4 record. In their last contest, West St. John was defeated by South Plaquemines (Buras, LA), 62-59, in a non-league contest.
