Iowa High School Basketball - Griswold can't hold off Missouri Valley

The Missouri Valley Big Reds basketball team scored 50 points and held the visiting Griswold Tigers to 43 in the Big Reds league triumph on Thursday.

The Big Reds now sport a 5-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Tri-Center for a Western Iowa contest on Friday, December 16.

The Tigers (0-6) will now prepare for their contest against East Mills (Malvern, IA). The enter the non-league contest with a 4-0 record. In their last contest, East Mills nudged Stanton (Stanton, IA), 66-61, in a league contest.
