The Taft Tigers basketball team (Lincoln City, OR), was overwhelmed 62-34 in Thursday's non-league battle with the host Harrisburg Eagles (Harrisburg, OR)
The Eagles now possess a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Rainier for a non-league battle on Saturday, December 17. Harrisburg will battle a Columbians team coming off a 68-39 non-league loss to Valley Catholic (Beaverton, OR). The Columbians record now stands at 0-7.
The Tigers (2-3) will now prepare for their battle against La Pine (La Pine, OR). The Hawks come into the non-league battle with a 3-1 record. In their last battle, La Pine trounced Coquille (Coquille, OR), 69-48, in a non-league battle.
