California High School Basketball - Quarry Lane can't hold off Making Waves Academy

The Making Waves Academy Marlins basketball team scored 52 points and restricted the visiting Quarry Lane Cougars to 51 in the Marlins non-league victory on Thursday.
The Marlins now sport a 5-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Summit Tamalpais for a non-league contest on Friday, December 16. Making Waves Academy will battle a Timberwolves team coming off a 71-62 non-league loss to Leadership Public Schools Richmond (Richmond, CA). The Timberwolves record now stands at 2-10.
The Cougars (3-5) will now prepare for their contest against Summit Preparatory (Redwood City, CA). The Huskies come into the non-league contest with a 7-2 record. In their last contest, Summit Preparatory edged Waldorf (Mountain View, CA), 74-59, in a non-league contest.
