The St. Cecilia Bluehawks (Hastings, NE) basketball knocked off the host Aquinas Monarchs (David City, NE), 45-32 in Thursday's non-league test.

The Bluehawks (6-0) will now prepare for their test against Sutton (Sutton, NE). The Mustangs go into the non-league test with a 1-4 record. In their last test, Sutton went down by Bruning-Davenport/Shickley (Bruning, NE), 42-38, in a non-league test.

The Monarchs now own a 0-6 record. They play next when they host Guardian Angels Central Catholic for a non-league test on Thursday, December 22. Aquinas will encounter a Bluejays squad coming off a 47-33 non-league win over Wayne (Wayne, NE). The Bluejays record now stands at 4-0.
