The Caney Valley Trojans basketball team (Ramona, OK), dropped 28-11 in Thursday's non-league battle with the host Fairland Owls (Fairland, OK)
The Owls now possess a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Nowata for a non-league battle on Tuesday, January 3. Fairland will battle a Ironmen team coming off a 43-40 non-league loss to Commerce (Commerce, OK). The Ironmen record now stands at 3-1.
The Trojans (4-2) will now prepare for their battle against Barnsdall (Barnsdall, OK). The Panthers come into the non-league battle with a 1-2 record. In their last battle, Barnsdall dropped by South Coffeyville (South Coffeyville, OK), 52-5, in a non-league battle.
