In Thursday's non-league match, the visiting Goddard Rockets basketball team scored a good 39-23 triumph over the Roswell Coyotes.
In their next game, the Rockets meet the Dexter Demons (Dexter, NM) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, December 27. Goddard will attempt to better on its 6-4 season record.
With the defeat, Roswell moves to 3-2 on the year. The Coyotes travel to Chaparral (Chaparral, NM) to meet the Lobos in a non-league match on Saturday, December 17. The Lobos enter the match with a record of 5-3. Chaparral won 36-30 in their recent non-league match against Hot Springs (Truth or Consequences, NM)
