Fans at Thursday's league challenge between the Medora Hornets (Medora, IN) and the visiting Seven Oaks Classical Firehawks (Ellettsville, IN), saw Medora's basketball squad overcome Seven Oaks Classical by a tally of 55-35.

With the victory, Medora improves its record to 2-5 on the campaign. The Hornets travel to Christian Academy (New Albany, IN) to confront the Warriors in a non-league challenge on Monday, December 19. The Warriors come into the challenge with a record of 3-10. Christian Academy won 55-46 in their recent non-league challenge against South Central (Elizabeth, IN)

Next up, the Firehawks confront the Cannelton Bulldogs (Cannelton, IN) in a Southern Roads challenge, on Friday, December 16. Seven Oaks Classical will attempt to improve on its 1-7 season record. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a 1-5 record after their 52-32 non-league loss to Christian Academy (New Albany, IN).
