In Friday's non-league match, the host Marquette Mohawks basketball team scored a good 66-53 triumph over the Aplington-Parkersburg Falcons.
In their next game, the Mohawks meet the Calamus-Wheatland Warriors (Wheatland, IA) in a Tri-Rivers match, on Tuesday, December 19. Marquette will attempt to better on its 8-0 season record.
